  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, with delivery estimated within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination address.


Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order by visiting the USPS's Website and entering your tracking number.


Shipping Delays:

  • In the event of unexpected shipping delays, we will promptly notify you via email.

  • Kefek Originals is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping:

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.


Shipping Changes or Cancellations:

  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order.


Delivery Issues:

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first.

  • If there are issues with the delivery, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist in resolving the matter.


Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
